Rainbows End Trip

Today We completed our quality comment blog post. We had to choose the film we commented on and make a copy of the template. We included the name of the film, a hyperlink to the film, our comment, a photo of the scene we liked and a description on our film. Here Is my Google Drawing.

Athletics

On Tuesday we held our Athletics and Mufti Day. We were fundraising for Senior Camp. We raised a lot of money from both events to help some people so we can all seniors go Camp. We were also put In our House Groups and had some competitions. We all had a fun day. Below are some photos.

Farewell Miss Sadgrove!

Today we had a farewell assembly for Miss Sadgrove (Our deputy principal).

She Is leaving us to be a principal at another school. We prepared a lot of performances and treats for her such as heaps of chocolate, flowers, cards, dances, singing and a farewell video. We will all miss Miss Sadgrove.

Lockdown

Recently, We became a Manaiakalani school. Rose Nadia Alfonzo & I made a film together. The theme was Connected, Confidence and Life Long Learners. We chose Connected as our theme. We think we did a pretty decent job for our first time. Please sit back and enjoy.

Room 12 starts Softball

Today we had our first softball session. We just learned the basics of softball and It was fun. I just remember that we still have 9 more sessions and we will learn a lot about softball. Room 12 Starts Tablesmaster

Today we tried out Tables master for the first time. We started of easy and then did the hard ones. I'm not really good with times tables. Here are my results for 9 times tables.
The Numbers highlighted green show how long took to answer that question (the fastest) and the red Is the time how long took for that question (the slowest).

Rhyming

Miss Siale made up a rhyme asking a question and I answered back to her also rhyming. Nadia helped with It also. It's only a screenshot so It's plain... 

Room 12 starts Reading Theory

Today Room 12 students started Reading Theory. We read a article and answer questions about It. Most of us liked this website and we will be using this more.

Film Festival Poster

Yesterday Room 12 students had to make a poster on Google Drawing about the Film Festival event coming up. The Middle & Seniors have been working on films about Confidence Connected and Life Long Learners. We are going to be watching all of them together. Here Is my poster.

Welcome Back Term 4:)

As you know yesterday was the first day back to school for Term 4.

I am excited for all the trips that are coming up this term such as Camp for Seniors, Rainbows End and other trips too. It's also the Year 8's last year and they are going to make the most of all these activities coming up before they go college. The 2 weeks of holidays was a great break from school but I'm happy to be back.
